This chocolate smoothie bowl is packed with healthy ingredients and is perfect to start the day. You make it in no time and it tastes really delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 medjool dates
- 125 ml almond milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 1 scoop Vegan protein chocolate
Toppings
- Raspberries
- Nuts and seeds
- Cranberries
- Bessen
- Dark chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the pits from the dates and put them in your (high speed) blender with the almond milk. Leave for a while so that your dates soften a bit. Meanwhile, peel the banana and cut into chunks. Halve the avocado, remove the skin and pit and cut the flesh into coarse pieces
Add the banana, avocado and cocoa to the blender and blend to a creamy chocolate mixture. Top it off with your favorite toppings.
