We do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. View all details about the shipment of our products below.
Delivery to the Netherlands and Belgium
Orders placed on Monday - Friday before 22:00 are guaranteed to go out the same day and will be offered for the first time by the delivery person the next day.
The delivery costs are 3,99 Euro and free shipping is available for orders above 25,00 Euro for the Netherlands and above 50,00 Euro for Belgium.

Delivery services
We ship orders in the Netherlands and Belgium with PostNL. Where possible, we do this through the letterbox. Think of our omega 3, vitamins, magnesium and samples. You do not have to stay at home for these orders. Unfortunately, our protein powders and MCT powder do not fit through the letterbox.
We mainly ship European orders with UPS or DHL. Think of the protein powders, shakers, or combined/larger orders of our omega 3, vitamins, magnesium and samples.
We mainly ship orders outside Europe and various destinations within Europe with UPS Express.
If you have a strong preference for a different shipping service compared to our standard method, please let us know in the order notes. We will ensure that another carrier is used.
