RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you want to return or exchange a product? This can easily be done via our return portal. Certain conditions are attached to this.

Return conditions:

- Returns: Non-perishable products can only be returned unopened and without damage.

- Reflection time: A 30-day cooling-off period applies to every purchase. When the 30-day cooling-off period has expired, the right of withdrawal expires

- Costs: Costs for returns are free if the above conditions are met. Returns are also free of charge in the event of an incorrectly delivered product, a defective product or if the product has passed its best before date upon receipt (our products generally have a shelf life of approximately 12 months when purchased)

Refund policy: After receipt and inspection of the returned products, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days

RETURN PORTAL

You can easily arrange returns yourself via the Ekopura Returns portal. You only need your name, zip code and order number and you have to go through a number of steps. Make sure the products are well packed and hand them in at a service point of your choice.
