Don't have much time in the morning? Then these super quick and easy overnight oats are ideal! You make this oatmeal the night before and finish it in the morning with raspberries, banana, dried fruit, seeds and mulberries!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • Half cup of coconut milk
  • Half a cup of almond milk
  • 1 scoop Ekopura purely natural
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Toppings: raspberries, banana, dried fruit, seeds and mulberries

How do you prepare it?

  1. Bring the oats with almond milk and coconut milk to the boil and let it simmer gently for about 3 minutes. Then mix the vanilla and Ekopura protein throughout.
  2. Cover the bowl and let the oats rest in the fridge overnight. Serve the oatmeal porridge with raspberries, banana, dried fruit, seeds and mulberries.
