Chia pudding is easy, quick and above all very tasty. Chia pudding is perfect if you're looking for a nutritious and healthy breakfast.


  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 100 ml water
  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon oatmeal
  • Toppings of your choice
  • 1 scoop Ekopura protein powder

How do you prepare it?

  1. Mix everything except the chia seeds together until creamy
  2. Put it in a cup and then add the chia seeds
  3. Stir well, the seeds must be well distributed
  4. Then put it in the fridge overnight

The next morning it is ready to feast!
