Ingredients

  • Frozen banana pieces
  • Organic cottage cheese or vegetable vanilla yogurt
  • Apple, mango, pineapple, grapes
  • 1 scoop Ekopura vegan protein vanilla
  • Nuts, seeds and coconut flakes

How do you prepare it?

Mix the cottage cheese, frozen banana and Ekopura Vegan Protein in a blender and mix it until you have a nice smooth mixture. Pour into a bowl and finish by sprinkling fresh fruit and nuts, seeds and coconut flakes on top.
