Weekend tip! Protein speculaas... Super easy and delicious as a snack. After all, Sinterklaas is still in the country for a few days. What Do You Need? – 200 grams spelled flour – 60 grams honey – 100 ml coconut oil – 30 grams Ekopura – 2 teaspoons baking powder – 2 tablespoons gingerbread spices – 100 ml almond milk – 1 handful hazelnuts – Almonds for the top How do you prepare it? – Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. – Melt the coconut oil in a pan for a few seconds until it is liquid. – Now add all the other ingredients and mix until you have a smooth batter. – Place the batter on the baking paper. Flatten the batter and make sure it is no more than 1 centimeter thick. – Sprinkle the batter with some almond shavings. Use as much as you like. – Place the baking tray in the preheated oven for 20 minutes – Let the cookies cool and then enjoy.
