Start the day right with this smoothie bowl packed with healthy ingredients. The base of this smoothie bowl consists of peaches, banana and yogurt, topped with nuts, coconut shavings, raspberries, berries and of course peach. Easy, fast and tasty. Enjoy!
Ingredients for 1 bowl
- 100 ml (vanilla) yogurt or quark
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop Ekopura vegan protein vanilla
- possibly ice cubes
For the garnish:
- Nuts and seeds
- coconut shavings
- Raspberries and berries
This is how you make it
Peel the peaches and cut them into small pieces. Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces as well.
Put 100 ml yogurt in the blender. Add the banana here Ekopura and possibly the ice cubes. Blend for a few minutes until you have a smooth mixture.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl. Garnish the smoothie bowl with peach slices, chopped nuts/seeds, raspberries and berries and some coconut.
