Ingredients
- Frozen mango pieces
- Organic cottage cheese or vegetable yogurt
- Watermelon, lemon and mango

How do you prepare it?
Mix the cottage cheese, frozen mango and Ekopura Vegan Protein in a blender and blend until you have a nice smooth mixture. Pour into a bowl and finish by sprinkling fresh fruit and granola on top.
