Fancy a tasty and healthy snack? Then try this Healthy Rocky Road! You make it in no time and it is addictively delicious. Enjoy!


  • 60 gr cashew nuts
  • 2 scoops Ekopura smooth cocoa
  • 3 sugar-free biscuits
  • 60 gr pistachios
  • 12 medjool dates
  • Dark chocolate
  • 80 gr walnuts
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp raw cocoa powder
  • 30 gr dried goji berries
  • 30 gr dried cranberries

How do you prepare it?

  1. Grind the cashew & pistachios briefly in the food processor so that coarse pieces are formed. Take it out and set it aside in a bowl.
  2. Place the walnuts and biscuits in the food processor and grind them fine. Then add the pitted dates, cocoa, vanilla, Ekopura protein and maple syrup and let it run until it is a sticky whole.
  3. Finally add the cashew nuts, pistachios, goji berries and cranberries and mix this very briefly so that it mixes well with the date mixture.
  4. Line the baking tray with baking paper and put the mixture in it. Press it very well. Place in the freezer for an hour to firm up and cut into cubes.
