Chia pudding with passion fruit
Have you ever made passion fruit chia pudding? It is very tasty and nutritious. Especially if you prepare it with passion fruit. We are fans! You too?
Ingredients chia pudding
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 100 ml water
- 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon oatmeal
- 2 or 3 passion fruits
- 1 scoop Ekopura Organic Whey Protein
How do you prepare it?
Blend everything except the chia seeds together until creamy. Put it in a cup and add the chia seeds. Stir well, the seeds should be well distributed. Then put it in the refrigerator overnight. The next morning it is ready to feast!
