Smoothie bowls! A nice variation on a regular smoothie. The base is the same, but the addition of frozen fruit gives the smoothie a different texture. Today we share a recipe for a smoothie bowl with forest fruits. Super tasty and very healthy.
- Frozen forest fruits
- Organic cottage cheese or vegetable yogurt
- Fresh blackberries, raspberries and pomegranate seeds
- 1 scoop Vegan protein blueberries
How do you prepare it?
Mix the cottage cheese, frozen forest fruits and Ekopura Vegan Protein in a blender and mix it until you have a nice mixture. The best is when the frozen forest fruits are still in small pieces through the yogurt. Pour into a bowl and finish by sprinkling fresh fruit on top.
