What is the Vitamin B12 concentration?
Ekopura Vitamin B12 contains a dosage of 1000mcg Vitamin B12 which is equally divided between Methylcobalamin (500mcg) and Adenosylcobalamin (500mcg). The concentration is sufficient to meet the daily requirement of Vitamin B12.
Why these two forms of vitamin B12?
We have chosen the two forms of Vitamin B12 that are best absorbed by the human body. We have divided the dosage evenly. Methylcobalamin and Adenosylcobalamin are both biologically active forms of Vitamin B12. This means that they no longer have to be converted by the stomach and intestines and can be absorbed directly by the body.
Which is better, a lozenge or capsule?
Many suppliers of Vitamin B12 supplements do this in the form of a lozenge that uses all kinds of colors, flavors and other additives that we do not need. We have opted for a vegetable capsule without unnecessary and unhealthy additives. This is easy because we use the best absorbable forms of Vitamin B12 that enter the body directly through the intestines.

The shelf life is always stated on the back of the packaging, at the bottom. We guarantee a minimum shelf life of 12 months. What is the best way to store the capsules?
The capsules are best kept in the package, sealed and at room temperature, out of direct sunlight and out of the reach of children. The ideal temperature is between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius.
What is the best way to take the capsules?
We recommend taking 1 capsule per day with water. To improve absorption you can take it in the morning before breakfast. You can also open the capsule and mix the powder in water. Note that the powder turns red when it comes into contact with water. This is the natural color of the Vitamin B12.
