This delicious strawberry smoothie bowl is super easy to make and perfect as a healthy breakfast.
Ingredients
- Half frozen banana
- Organic cottage cheese or vegetable coconut yogurt
- Fresh strawberries, raspberries and blueberries
- granola
- 1 scoop Natural Vegan Protein Blueberry
How do you prepare it?
Mix the cottage cheese, banana, strawberries and Ekopura Protein in a blender and mix it until you have a nice mixture. Pour into a bowl and finish by sprinkling fresh fruit and seeds/nuts on top.
