This raisin bread is delicious and healthy. With a few ingredients you can make this delicious bread.
Ingredients for 1 bread
The base
- 250 g spelled flour
- 250 g low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tl baking powder
- 2 scoops Ekopura Organic Whey Protein
The filling
- dried raisins
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Preparation
- Mix the spelled flour, baking soda, Ekopura baking powder and salt together well. Then add the egg and yogurt and mix together.
- Add the ingredients for the filling. In this case, these are the dried raisins. But you can play and vary with this. Make a dough ball out of this.
- Place the dough in a cake tin and place in a warm oven at 35°C for 180 minutes.
