Chia seeds are a real superfood; they give you masses of energy and are packed with proteins and omega 3. 

Ingredients for the chia pudding:

  • 25 ml soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons raspberries
  • 1.5 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop Ekopura
  • Seeds, nuts and coconut flakes

How do you prepare it?
Mash the raspberries and add the soy milk and 1 scoop Ekopura to this. Put this in the blender and finally add the chia seeds to the raspberries and soy milk and stir well. Cover the bowl with the pudding and put it in the fridge overnight. The next morning you will have a tasty, hearty pudding. Top it off with toppings of your choice.
