Ingredients

  • Frozen raspberries
  • Half frozen banana
  • Organic cottage cheese or vegetable yogurt
  • Fresh raspberries, Cape gooseberry and seeds and nuts
  • 1 scoop  Ekopura purely natural

How do you prepare it?

Mix the cottage cheese, frozen forest fruits, banana and Ekopura Protein in a blender and blend until you have a nice mixture. Pour into a bowl and finish by sprinkling fresh fruit on top.
