It may not immediately occur to you... But black bean brownies are really delicious and full of protein, vitamins, minerals and fiber. Perfect as a snack if you still want to eat something sweet. What Do You Need? - 1 can black beans (400 g and drained weight 265 g) - 2 organic eggs - 4 tbsp raw cocoa - 6 large soft dates - 3 tbsp coconut oil - 1 tsp baking powder - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1 scoop Ekopura smooth cocoa - Pecans - pinch of salt How do you prepare it? Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a small baking tin (or cake tin) with baking paper. Drain the beans and rinse them well. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Fill the baking pan with this and bake the black bean brownies for 30 minutes. Let the brownies cool completely, they will also firm up. Enjoy!
