Chocolate vanilla protein muffins

These chocolate vanilla protein muffins are really delicious! An easy on the go breakfast or just as a snack. Enjoy!

Ingredients

    • 150 gr. whole wheat flour
    • Organic pieces of chocolate
    • 65 ml unsweetened almond milk
    • Organic Greek yogurt +/- 250 grams
    • 100 gr. oatmeal
    • 2 tl baking powder
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 2 tsp cinnamon
    • pinch of salt
    • 1 egg
    • 1 scoop Vegan protein vanilla

How do you make the muffins?

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line 12 muffin tins with paper or grease them with oil. Then mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Take another bowl and mix the remaining ingredients together. Set the pieces of organic chocolate aside for a while, they will be added later. Mix the wet mixture and dry mixture well and finally gently stir in the chocolate.
