A smoothie bowl is a tasty and responsible summer breakfast. You can really vary endlessly with it. Today we share a recipe for a smoothie bowl with apple, coconut yogurt, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries and nuts. We are fans!
Ingredients
- Half frozen banana
- Organic cottage cheese or vegetable coconut yogurt
- Fresh blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, apple and nuts
- 1 scoop Ekopura purely natural
How do you prepare it?
Mix the cottage cheese, banana and Ekopura Protein in a blender and mix it until you have a nice mixture. Pour into a bowl and finish by sprinkling fresh fruit on top.
