- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop vegan vanilla proteins from Ekopura
- 70 ml vegetable yogurt
- 20 ml Soy drink
- Toppings of your choice

- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a sealable Tupperware container and place in the freezer for about 4 hours.
- To keep your protein ice cream creamy, mix it every hour during the first 4 hours of freezing.
Top with your favorite healthy toppings like cinnamon, Cacao Nibs or strawberries.
