Recipe for healthy vegan protein waffles with fresh raspberries! Healthy, fast, protein-rich and above all very tasty. These waffles are really a party on your plate! Enjoy!
What do you need for 2 waffles?
- 50 grams of oatmeal
- 2 scoops Ekopura vegan protein vanilla
- 150 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 50 grams of apple sauce
- 1 banana
- Pinch of baking soda (or baking soda with a little vinegar)
How do you make the waffles?
Put everything in a blender or food processor and mix until you get a smooth mass. Make sure you grease the preheated waffle iron with some oil. This prevents the wafer from sticking to it. Then pour in half of the batter. When the waffle is golden brown, it is ready. Repeat for the 2nd waffle.
