Weekend tip! Vanilla protein pancakes with fresh fruit and organic strawberry sauce. They are made in a jiffy and packed with protein. Great for Easter brunch.
What do you need?
- 1 scoop Ekopura Vanilla - Splash of organic strawberry sauce - 80 grams Spelled flour - 250 ml Milk or soy milk - 4 grams Dried yeast - 55 grams Free-range Egg - 5 grams Coconut oil - Fruit of your choice Put all ingredients in a bowl, except the fruit. Use an immersion blender to get the mixture into a smooth and sticky substance. Place a pan on a high heat and grease it with coconut oil. Pour the batter into each circle and lower the heat slightly. Wait until the poffertjes are golden brown then turn the poffertjes over. Let the poffertjes cook on low heat for about 5 minutes. Put them on a plate and do it and enjoy!
