Chia pudding is very easy to make and very tasty too. Chia pudding is perfect if you're looking for a nutritious and healthy breakfast. Also perfect as a snack.

Ingredients chia pudding

  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 100 ml water
  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon oatmeal
  • Toppings of your choice
  • 1 scoop Ekopura vegan protein vanilla

How do you prepare it?

Blend everything except the chia seeds together until creamy. Put it in a cup and add the chia seeds. Stir well, the seeds should be well distributed. Then put it in the refrigerator overnight. The next morning it is ready to feast!
