Vanilla cottage cheese or vegetable yogurt Chocolate flakes (white or dark chocolate) Half banana 1 scoop Ekopura vegan protein vanilla Fresh fruit: blackberries Kernels and seeds

PREPARATION

Put the banana, chocolate flakes vegetable yogurt and Ekopura in a blender. Mix well until it is a smooth mixture.
