Spring is here and the sun is starting to shine again. Time for a Spring smoothie bowl with grapes, melon, strawberries, kiwi and apple. Finish it off with 1 scoop Ekopura, nuts and seeds and you have a delicious and nutritious breakfast!


  • Half frozen banana
  • Organic cottage cheese or vegetable yogurt
  • Fresh grapes, melon, strawberries, kiwi, apple and seeds and nuts
  • 1 scoop  Ekopura purely natural

How do you prepare it?

Mix the cottage cheese, banana and Ekopura Protein in a blender and mix it until you have a nice mixture. Pour into a bowl and finish by sprinkling fresh fruit on top.
