Ingredients
- Half frozen banana
- Organic cottage cheese or vegetable yogurt
- Fresh grapes, melon, strawberries, kiwi, apple and seeds and nuts

How do you prepare it?
Mix the cottage cheese, banana and Ekopura Protein in a blender and mix it until you have a nice mixture. Pour into a bowl and finish by sprinkling fresh fruit on top.
