- Half frozen banana
- Organic cottage cheese or vegetable coconut yogurt
- Fresh blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, kiwi and passion fruit
- Seeds with nuts
- 1 scoop Natural Vegan Protein Blueberry
How do you prepare it?
Mix the cottage cheese, banana and Ekopura Protein in a blender and mix it until you have a nice mixture. Pour into a bowl and finish by sprinkling fresh fruit and seeds/nuts on top.
