Are you looking for a post-workout breakfast or a good start to a busy day? Then try this fresh filled smoothie bowl of red fruit and granola.

Ingredients

  • – Frozen banana pieces
  • – Organic cottage cheese or vegetable yogurt
  • – Raspberries, blueberries, strawberries
  • – 1 scoop Ekopura vegan protein vanilla
  • – Granola and nuts

How do you prepare it?

Mix the cottage cheese, frozen banana, frozen strawberries, raspberries, berries and Ekopura Vegan Protein in a blender and mix it until you have a nice smooth mixture. Pour into a bowl and finish by sprinkling fresh fruit and granola on top.
