Recipe: overnight protein oats

Ingredients: 2,5 cups soaked oatmeal ⅔ cup soaked cashews 1 scoop ekopura organic whey protein 80 g dates, pitted 1 tablespoon coconut oil 2 tablespoons grated coconut 2 teaspoons vanilla powder, unsweetened 1 small handful blueberries 1 small handful raspberries

Soak the oats and cashews overnight (or four hours) in cashew milk or water in a "spacious" container (such as a Tupperware container). Then drain the excess water from the container and put the oats and cashews in your blender. Let it blend and then add the dates, coconut oil, grated coconut, whey protein and vanilla powder until it is a good solid substance. Finally, garnish the overnight oats with the berries and raspberries and some grated coconut. To enjoy!
