This is currently one of the favorite protein shakes/smoothies around here at the office Ekopura! This green smoothie is the perfect boost on your Monday morning. Full of vitamins, iron and protein!

The recipe:

Blend in a blender

  • 1 green apple
  • 1 kiwi
  • A hand full of spinach
  • 5 coin sheets
  • Chia seeds
  • 200 ml almond milk
  • two tablespoons Ekopura organic whey purely natural

Finish the smoothie with some granola and blueberries.
