The base
The filling
  • dried raisins
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Mix the spelled flour, baking soda, Ekopura baking powder and salt together well. Then add the egg and yogurt and mix together.
  2. Add the ingredients for the filling. In this case, these are the dried raisins. But you can play and vary with this. Make a dough ball out of this.
  3. Place the dough in a cake tin and place in a warm oven at 35°C for 180 minutes.
