Protein nut cake

Today we share a recipe for a delicious protein nut cake. With a few ingredients you can put this delicious cake on the table. Perfect as a healthy snack! enjoy.


  • 350 grams spelled flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 grams of coconut oil
  • 75 grams of honey
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 180 grams of mixed nuts
  • 2 scoops  Ekopura purely natural

This is how you make it

  • Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
  • Place all ingredients, except the baking powder and nuts, in a mixing bowl.
  • Add a generous pinch of salt and 150 milliliters of water and mix together.
  • Add the baking powder and mix well again.
  • Chop the nuts into pieces and mix through the batter.
  • Pour the batter into a baking pan and cover the top with mixed nuts.
  • Bake the cake for about 50 minutes
