- 350 grams spelled flour
- 4 eggs
- 150 grams of coconut oil
- 75 grams of honey
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 180 grams of mixed nuts
- 2 scoops Ekopura purely natural
This is how you make it
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
- Place all ingredients, except the baking powder and nuts, in a mixing bowl.
- Add a generous pinch of salt and 150 milliliters of water and mix together.
- Add the baking powder and mix well again.
- Chop the nuts into pieces and mix through the batter.
- Pour the batter into a baking pan and cover the top with mixed nuts.
- Bake the cake for about 50 minutes
