What Do You Need?

  • 1 scoop Ekopura Whey
  • 80 grams spelled flour
  • 250 ml (nut) milk
  • 4 grams dried yeast
  • 55 grams Free-range egg
  • 5 grams of coconut oil
  • Fruit of your choice

Place all ingredients in a bowl, except the fruit. Use an immersion blender to get the mixture into a smooth and sticky substance. Place a pan on a high heat and grease it with coconut oil.

Pour the batter into each circle and lower the heat slightly. Wait until the poffertjes are golden brown then turn the poffertjes over. Let the poffertjes cook on low heat for about 5 minutes. Place them on a plate and add the fruit, enjoy!
