- 100 ml coconut milk
- 100 ml water
- 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon oatmeal
- Toppings of your choice
- 1 scoop Ekopura protein powder
How do you prepare it?
- Mix everything except the chia seeds together until creamy
- Put it in a cup and then add the chia seeds
- Stir well, the seeds must be well distributed
- Then put it in the fridge overnight
The next morning it is ready to feast!
