- Frozen banana pieces
- Organic cottage cheese or vegetable yogurt
- Strawberries, banana, raspberries and blueberries
- 1 scoop Ekopura Organic Whey Protein
- Dark chocolate, seeds and nuts
How do you prepare it?
Mix the cottage cheese, frozen banana and Ekopura Protein in a blender and blend until you have a nice smooth mixture. Pour into a bowl and finish by sprinkling fresh fruit, nuts, dark chocolate and seeds.
