By starting with a nutritious breakfast in the morning, you have less tendency to snack during the day. These overnight oats with chocolate, seeds and coconut are an ideal start to the day.
Ingredients
- 1 cup oatmeal
- Half cup of coconut milk
- Half a cup of almond milk
- 1 scoop Ekopura purely natural
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How do you prepare it?
- Bring the oats with almond milk and coconut milk to the boil and let it simmer gently for about 3 minutes. Then mix the vanilla and Ekopura protein throughout.
- Cover the bowl and let the oats rest in the fridge overnight. Serve the oatmeal porridge with chocolate, seeds and grated coconut.
