By starting with a nutritious breakfast in the morning, you have less tendency to snack during the day. These overnight oats with chocolate, seeds and coconut are an ideal start to the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • Half cup of coconut milk
  • Half a cup of almond milk
  • 1 scoop Ekopura purely natural
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How do you prepare it?

  1. Bring the oats with almond milk and coconut milk to the boil and let it simmer gently for about 3 minutes. Then mix the vanilla and Ekopura protein throughout.
  2. Cover the bowl and let the oats rest in the fridge overnight. Serve the oatmeal porridge with chocolate, seeds and grated coconut.
