- 1 cup oatmeal
- Half cup of coconut milk
- Half a cup of almond milk
- Fresh blueberries
- 1 scoop Vegan protein blueberries
- Fresh raspberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Granola and raisins
How do you prepare it?
- Bring the oats with almond milk and coconut milk to the boil and let it simmer gently for about 3 minutes. Then mix the vanilla, blueberries and Ekopura protein throughout.
- Cover the bowl and let the oats rest in the fridge overnight. Serve the oatmeal porridge with granola granola and raisins.
