Overnight oats with blueberries

These Blueberry Overnight Oats are made with coconut and almond milk for a sweet, fresh and creamy breakfast.


  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • Half cup of coconut milk
  • Half a cup of almond milk
  • Fresh blueberries
  • 1 scoop Vegan protein blueberries
  • Fresh raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Granola and raisins

How do you prepare it?

  1. Bring the oats with almond milk and coconut milk to the boil and let it simmer gently for about 3 minutes. Then mix the vanilla, blueberries and Ekopura protein throughout.
  2. Cover the bowl and let the oats rest in the fridge overnight. Serve the oatmeal porridge with granola granola and raisins.
