Overnight oats with apple, cinnamon and protein
We love overnight oats for breakfast and this apple and cinnamon version is a real treat. Because you prepare it the day before, all you have to do is take it out of the fridge the next morning. How easy is that!
What do you need
– 150 grams of oat flakes – 250 ml almond milk – 2 tablespoons broken linseed – 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder – 1 scoop Ekopura Organic whey protein
This is how you make it
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a glass or container. Cover it well and put it in the fridge. The next morning, remove the overnight oats and mix well.
