In any case, you can eat these healthy nut, apple protein cookies without feeling guilty. With a few ingredients you can put these cookies on the table. And one thing is for sure, they are delicious!
- 150 gr oatmeal or spelled flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 large apples
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 125 gr applesauce
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Pinch of salt
- 2 scoops Ekopura Refreshing vanilla
This is how you make it
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix the oats together with the applesauce, baking powder, honey and eggs in a food processor until smooth. Let the coconut oil melt and add it to the oatmeal. Then add the Ekopura toe.
Grate the apples finely and mix with the oatmeal mixture. Add a pinch of salt and cinnamon and mix well.
Finally, fold the coarsely chopped nuts into the mixture. Make 5 heaps on a baking tray with baking paper. Bake them for about 15/20 minutes until done and golden brown.
