With this easy recipe you can make a super healthy matcha chia pudding. Chia seeds are packed with omega 3 fatty acids, protein and iron. Reason enough to make this delicious chia pudding. Enjoy!
- 300 ml coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract To taste
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 6-7 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1 scoop Ekopura purely natural protein
- Granola and raisins
How do you prepare it?
Mix the coconut milk, matcha, chia seeds, vanilla, Ekopura and maple syrup together, put this in a closed jar and put in the fridge. After an hour, stir well again and put it back in the fridge for the next morning.
