Ingredients
- Cottage cheese or vegetable yogurt
- 50 grams frozen cherries
- half banana
- 1 scoop Ekopura vegan protein vanilla
- Fresh fruit: Strawberries, raspberries and blueberries and granola
How do you prepare it?
Mix the cottage cheese, banana, frozen cherries and Ekopura in a blender and blend until you have a nice smooth mixture. Pour into a bowl and top with fresh fruit and granola.
