Autumn smoothie bowl

This smoothie bowl is ideal during the fall. It is packed with vitamins and minerals. Put a lot of fruit in it and of course a scoop Ekopura for your daily protein.


  • Half frozen banana
  • Organic cottage cheese or vegetable coconut yogurt
  • Fresh blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries
  • Granola with nuts
  • 1 scoop Natural Vegan Protein Blueberry

How do you prepare it?

Mix the cottage cheese, banana and Ekopura Protein in a blender and mix it until you have a nice mixture. Pour into a bowl and finish by sprinkling fresh fruit and granola on top.
