Who doesn't love pancakes? We are certainly fans! And certainly of this protein variant. Delicious for breakfast or as a snack in between. You can vary endlessly with the different toppings. This time we opted for cottage cheese, fresh fruit and organic strawberry syrup. A real party on your plate!
What Do You Need?
– 1 banana half
– 1 teaspoon coconut oil
– 2-3 tbsp oatmeal
– 50 g buckwheat
- or spelled flour
– 50 g low-fat cottage cheese
- 3 eggs
– 1,5 tsp baking powder
Fry briefly on both sides until they are a nice golden brown. Add a topping of your choice and enjoy!
