Ingredients:
- 150g of your favorite nuts, seeds, kernels and fruits (such as walnuts, pecans, almonds, sunflower seeds, oat flakes, dried apricots, dates and cranberries) - 2 tbsp coconut oil - 2 tbsp honey - 2 scoops Ekopura

whey protein - 1 pinch of salt - 1 egg - 2 tbsp raisins - 2 tbsp water
Preparation
Mix the nuts, seeds and kernels (no fruit yet!) in a bowl and add the coconut oil or olive oil, Ekopura and the honey. Divide the mixture over the baking tray and bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees. Turn in between so that all sides color nicely. Then put everything back in the bowl and stir until it is a loose whole. Add the dried fruits and possibly some honey. Separate the eggs and add the egg whites to the mixture. If the mixture starts to get a little sticky, you've added enough egg whites. Spoon the mixture into paper cake tins and bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 150 degrees. After about 20 minutes they are ready.
