Today we share a recipe for a raspberry chia pudding. You can vary a lot with chia pudding, but this remains one of our favorites. Enjoy!
- 300 ml coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup to taste
- 6-7 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1 scoop Ekopura Organic Whey Protein
- Seeds, nuts and fruits
How do you prepare it?
Mix the coconut milk, raspberries, chia seeds, Ekopura Mix protein and maple syrup, put this in a sealed jar and put it in the fridge. After an hour, stir well again and put it back in the fridge for the next morning.
