- Frozen raspberries
- Half frozen banana
- Organic cottage cheese or vegetable yogurt
- Fresh blackberries, raspberries, Cape gooseberry and pomegranate seeds
- 1 scoop Ekopura vegan protein vanilla
How do you prepare it?
Mix the cottage cheese, frozen forest fruits, banana and Ekopura Vegan Protein in a blender and mix it until you have a nice mixture. Pour into a bowl and finish by sprinkling fresh fruit on top.
