Ekopura tropical papaya boats. It's finally summer in the Netherlands and of course that includes a summer breakfast.
These tropical papaya boats are very easy to make and also super healthy.
What Do You Need?
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup cherries
- 1 kiwi
- 1 Ripe papaya
- Handful of granola
- 2 tablespoons almonds
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- Yogurt (taste of your choice)
- 1 scoop Ekopura (Optional)
