Ekopura stewed pear smoothie. If there is one item that should not be missing during the Christmas season, it is stewed pears. But did you know that you can also make a very tasty healthy smoothie out of it. For example, make it for Christmas breakfast, brunch or at Christmas lunch.
- 2 stewed pears - 1/2 apple - 1/2 banana - 1 scoop Ekopura
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon - 100 ml yogurt - Splash of water
Cut the banana half into pieces, peel and cut the apple into small pieces, cut and pit 2 stewed pears and add the cinnamon, yogurt and a dash of water. Put everything in the blender until smooth. Add a little extra water if the smoothie is too thick. Enjoy it!
