Weekend tips! We started our Saturday well with these delicious protein pancakes. You can put a delicious breakfast on the table in no time.
What Do You Need?
- 1 scoop Ekopura Whey Purely natural - 80 grams Spelled flour - 250 ml Milk or almond milk - 4 grams Dried yeast - 55 grams Free-range Egg - 5 grams Coconut oil - Fruit of your choice
For a completely plant-based variant, replace the Ekopura whey by Ekopura Vegan Protein, the milk in almond milk and the egg in 50g applesauce or half a (preferably well ripe) mashed banana.
Place all ingredients in a bowl, except the fruit. Use an immersion blender to get the mixture into a smooth and sticky substance. Place a pan on a high heat and grease it with coconut oil. Pour the batter into each circle and lower the heat slightly. Wait until the poffertjes are golden brown then turn the poffertjes over. Let the poffertjes cook on low heat for about 5 minutes.
