1 banana 2 tsp raw cocoa 150 ml almond milk (or another milk of your choice) 2 heaped tablespoons low-fat quark 3 tbsp cocoa powder 1 scoop Ekopura smooth cocoa ToppingsGoji berries, strawberries, granola, blueberries

This is how you make it

Blend all ingredients in a blender until you have a smooth consistency. Tip: would you rather drink the smoothie bowl? Then replace part of the cottage cheese with milk.
